These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by us. We may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.

Acceptance

No contract exists between us for the sale of any goods until we have received and accepted your order by sending you confirmation in writing or by email to the address or email address you have given. Product Specifications

Colour

Every effort has been made to ensure that the colour representation of the goods shown on our website is as accurate as possible, however, onscreen colours may vary slightly from the actual product colour.

Where a product has care instructions, you must follow these instructions. We are not liable for any loss or damage in the event that the instructions have not been followed.


Price

In addition to the price, you will be required to pay a delivery charge for the goods you order, as shown in the section about delivery.

The price of the goods and delivery charges are inclusive of VAT where appropriate.

Every effort is made to ensure that the prices shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. However, if an error is found, we will inform you of the error as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not be liable to supply the item to you at the stated price.

Payment

We require payment in full before we can despatch your goods.

Payment is in £ GBP (Great British Pounds) and any other currency displayed is for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the amount charged by your card issuer.

Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any MasterCard or Visa credit card, Switch, Maestro, AMEX or Delta debit card. Authority for payment must be given at the time of ordering.

By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the goods ordered, (except in the unlikely event that our negligence has led to death or personal injury).

Availability

All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of choosing from a later delivery date or a refund.

Delivery

The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. Please note that we only deliver goods to the countries on our delivery list.

If delivery cannot be made to your address, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund to you any sum that has been paid by you.

If there is no-one at the address given who is able to accept delivery of the goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the goods.

Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted and normally within 28 days of the date of your order. However, time of delivery is not of the essence and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

You will become the owner of the goods you order and responsible for risk of loss of or damage to them, once they have been delivered to you.

Export Restrictions

As we ship to a variety of destinations it is important to note that countries have differing rules and tax regimes regarding certain products.

It is up to you as the recipient to check beforehand if the products you have ordered can be delivered to you in your home country and it is also your responsibility to meet the import duties that may be levied by your home countries customs authorities.

Your right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel the contract at any time, up to the end of seven working days after you receive the goods. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give us written notice at the email or postal address shown below, giving details of the goods ordered.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods our dispatch centre at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address shown below, unused and in their original packaging. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. We recommend that you return goods by registered post and keep proof of postage as we cannot be liable for goods lost or damaged in transit.
In the unlikely event of the goods being faulty, please return the goods within 14 days for a replacement product or full refund. We will reimburse you for the postal costs incurred by you in returning the goods where they are faulty.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund to you within 30 days any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

If you do not return the goods as required, we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of our website, and reserve the right to amend errors, make changes, withdraw any part of our site, or to update product information at any time.

Applicable law

These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law, and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract. If you access our website from outside England, you do so on your own initiative and agree that in the event of a dispute, the laws of England will apply.
